Sparks provided straightforward service with no unnecessary upselling, which saved me a significant amount of money. They clearly communicate the necessary repairs and stick to them—a refreshing change from the high-pressure, bait-and-switch tactics of the "Stealerships." I will absolutely be bringing my Mercedes to Sparks from now on. Highly recommend!
