Husband and I took our car there today for the first time. They got us in quickly and the staff was very nice. Needless to say when we drove our 2023 Kia off the lot after they did our maintenance tune up, oil change and tire rotation something didn't feel right then all of a sudden we see our lug nuts flying off then goes our tire and our rotor hit the street hard and damaged our front left corner panel. I called immediately as we were only a block away. They came as quick as they could got our car back to the shop put us in a rental and said they will take care of us. They were all so concerned and helped us right away. Even though mishaps happen I can't get mad. Mistakes happen just glad nobody was hurt or injured.

I find this place to be all around professional. Everyone is so nice and I feel like I can trust them. It will be my place for all vehicle needs.
